How to cook an egg without it cracking
The next time you’re making a tasty seafood boil or a delicious egg, try the following: Boil it for a couple of minutes, or just a few seconds at the most.
If you don’t like to cook it in a saucepan, try boiling it in boiling water instead.
If the egg isn’t a little cracked, it’s probably still boiling.
