Why I never boiled my seafood, but I always cooked it in an immersion-safe water bottle
If you’ve ever tried to boil seafood, you know how hard it is to get it to boil.
If you’ve been making seafood for a while, chances are that you have a lot of water left over.
When I was making sushi for dinner and my wife and I were cooking up a big meal for her and I, I had to go out and buy a water bottle, and we bought a bunch of plastic water bottles, and then I just kept buying them and buying them.
I bought one that had a little button on the side to turn it off, so I can use it to add water if I don’t have enough, and that’s how I got the fish to boil without even trying to boil it.
It just sort of worked out.
