It is a single pot with a boiler attached, which turns water into steam for cooking.
The only real downside is the boiler is very expensive.
The zojiri, or water boiler, is not quite a steam engine like the steam engines of the 20th century, but it can be made into an efficient, safe, and cheap alternative to the steam engine.
