When the boiling eggs are bad, how to fix them

Remove the egg from the fridge and cool to room temperature.

Using a food processor, mix the egg whites into the egg pieces, mixing well after each addition.
When you’re finished, set the egg on a plate and let cool to around 20 degrees C (68F).
To serve, slice the boiled egg into the desired size, and place the slices in a shallow bowl.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the pan.
Once the oil has been heated, add the egg to the hot pan and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Remove from the heat and pour the egg mixture over the cooked eggs.
